Standard delivery on made-to-order items is a maximum of 6 weeks.
Items can be guaranteed to be available sooner but are subject to a surcharge and are by prior arrangement only. Please indicate your delivery deadline when you place the order and we will always do our best to work to customers requests. A delivery date will be confirmed by us after the order has been received and we will guarantee this.
GREAT BRITAIN
Any STASH item sent within the UK is delivered by either Tuffnells Parcels Express or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All items are sent as overnight deliveries unless STASH or the customer states otherwise. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If there be no-one at the property to provide a signature, a calling card should be posted through the door advising you how to collect your parcel. Re-delivery can sometimes be arranged at an extra charge.
Standard delivery charge for made-to-order team items is £20.00 (all inc.) within UK. Parcels will be delivered by Tuffnell Parcel Express' Next Day signed-for service. Delivery time is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Before-Noon and Saturday-Delivery service are also available, but subject to surcharge.

All overseas carriage charges, import/export duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are able to arrange delivery on behalf of the customer and we use a variety of carriers to ensure you get the best possible rate. When enquiring or placing an order we can quote the cost of carriage but this may change between the order being placed and us dispatching the goods due to us not knowing the final weight of the order and fluctuating carriage charges.
For individual items from our online shop, items are usually shipped in 1-2 days, however it may increase to 3-4 working days during very busy times. Simply put, you pick it... we ship it. For a full range of individual casual, training or teamwear, visit our STASH Online Shop.
Prices for stock items from the STASH Online Shop are subject to a postage and packaging charge. This will be determined through weight of the package.
